We would like to inform you of diagnosed cases of Chicken Pox in the school. Chicken Pox starts with a slight fever and runny nose, and then develops as a rash of raised pink or red spots that blister and scab. If you notice any of these symptoms on your child over the next couple of weeks, please seek medical advice and keep them home for 5 days after the rash first appears and the blisters have all scabbed over. The time from exposure to Chicken Pox to symptoms can be 2 to 3 weeks.
