The Rocks Walking Tour

On Friday, June 23rd, Stage 2 students and teachers enjoyed a fantastic walking tour of The Rocks in Sydney. Year 3 and 4 students are currently exploring a unit that focuses on the arrival of the First Fleet in Australia.

During the guided tour, students learned about the British colonization of Australia and its effects on the Eora people. Additionally, they had the chance to dress up in soldier and convict costumes, taking on the identities of significant historical figures.
